Effect of Educational Program about Talent Management for Nursing Managers on Their Job Affiliation and Organizational Excellence

Background: Talent management has been on the agenda of many health care organizations because belief in its importance achieving organizational excellence and make their personnel more affiliated to achieve objectives. Aim: The study aims evaluate effect educational program about talent for nursing managers job affiliation and excellence. Research Design: A quasi experimental research design was utilized carry out current study. Setting: study was conducted all (48) units at Benha University Hospital Qaluobia Governate, Egypt. Subjects: (52) nursing managers that include (1) Nursing Director, (3) Supervisors, and (48) head nurses. Tools: Four tools were used this study; First: Management Knowledge Questionnaire, Second: Management activities Third: Job Affiliation Questionnaire fourth tool: Organizational Excellence Questionnaire. Results: study findings revealed there highly statistical significant improvement in managers' levels knowledge activities, affiliation and excellence after intervention both immediately post follow up the program. Conclusion: concluded statistically positive correlation among nurse scores with their scores. Recommendation: Establishing bases recruitment selection hospital rely criteria talents acquisition.
